Ordering personalized gifts from Printed Perfection

Shopping should be fun - especially when you're shopping for adorable gift items that you get to be a part of creating.  But, buying personalized items can be a smidgen nerve-racking too. We understand this, and our goal is to obliterate that nerve-racking part.  In fact, we want to do everything that we can to help keep your shopping experience as fun and stress-free as possible, so you'll have nothing but fond memories when you think about Printed Perfection.

We have grouped some of the most asked about ordering issues below.


Shopping on Printed Perfection

Shopping on our site can seem tricky, but it really isn't.  We recommend that you browse and select your scene/design first, and then select the product that you'd like your scene/design added to.  For example, if you are looking for an accountant cartoon, you would go to "Occupations" and then browse down to "Accountant".  When you click on "Accountant" you will be able to see all the products available with that design.  However, you can shop by product too.



The basic personalization available for our Friendly Folks scenes include:

- Skin tone:   Choose from light or dark.

- Hair style & Glasses:   Available on most.  Cannot be added to a character if the character is not looking forward, has long hair, is wearing a hat, helmet or goggles.

- Text:   By default there is no text on the scene, you specify all text.

- Additional Characters:   Additional characters are available as detailed below...

Children:    young boy, adolescent boy, young girl and adolescent girl. 

Dogs:    Beagle, Black Lab, Boxer, Bulldog, Chihuahua, Chocolate Lab, Cocker Spaniel, Collie, Dachshund, German Shepherd, Greyhound, Maltese, Pekingese, Pomeranian, Poodle, Pug, Rottweiler, Shetland Sheepdog, Shih-Tzu, Yellow Lab, Yorkie.

Cats:    Black Cat, Black & White Cat, Calico Cat, Grey Cat, Orange Cat, White Cat.

Proofs & Artwork Review

We only forward a proof for approval when we need confirmation on something or a proof is requested. 

If you would like to see a proof before we process your order, please note this when you add your item & personalization to your cart. Please note that once a proof is requested, your order will be held until we receive your approval.


Satisfaction Guarantee

We are a Christian company, and consult Matthew 7:12  and Luke 6:31 in all situations.  We guarantee our products from our door to yours.  Our guarantee covers damage in transit, items ordered in error, typos, etc.

3rd Party Websites

We have partnered with Zazzle and Cafe Press marketplaces for the purposes of providing a wider variety of personalized products.  Each site allows you to personalize your Friendly Folks scene, although they do so with some limitation.  If there is an item that you would like to order, but cannot personalize exactly the way you'd like it, please reach out to us. We are happy to fully personalize your scene and transfer it over to the respective marketplace, so you can add it to any of their available products.
